The background looks very nice like that,I love how you blurred it :3
The wolf is very nice! Though I think the wolf should have more than 3 toes on it's feet, it should have 4 and a dewclaw.
The Eyes are good, I like how you didn't use white to do the sclera, though the eye on the left in my oppinion should be more squeezed, or be smaller...
The fur is great! Nice and fluffy! The shading is good too! I like it
Well, the ears are ok, but I think both of them should face the same direction, or it will look too cat-like (both of them should face back) And I think the snout should be a little longer.
But otherwise you made a great job!!!
